Chef Amod Singh has 17 yrs of experience in various international hotels, resorts and restaurants.  Prior to joining The Oxford, he was working as the Executive Sous Chef at a 2  Michelin Star restaurant in San Francisco for the last 7 years.  He is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, India.
